Service Description
Educational behavior consultation with practical coaching support. These sessions are educational behavior consultations with coaching-style support. They are not psychotherapy, ABA services, or emergency services, and they are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Re-scheduling Your appointment time is reserved just for you. • More than 24 hours’ notice: reschedule at no charge • Less than 24 hours’ notice: the session fee is non-refundable and charged in full • Emergencies: If something unexpected happens within 12 hours, you may request one courtesy reschedule (one time per client, must be used within 30 days) • No-shows: Not eligible for reschedule or refund If you are running late, we will use the remaining time in your scheduled session window. Important notes and scope of service: These sessions are educational and consultative coaching. They are not therapy, not emergency services, and not a substitute for medical, mental health, or crisis care. Recommendations are general and based on the information you share. Results are not guaranteed, and you choose what to implement. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
