This digital product policy explains how MindfulBxBursts digital resources are delivered, how they may be used, and what to do if you experience an issue with access.
1) Digital products and scope
MindfulBxBursts offers downloadable and or digital resources intended for educational and informational purposes. These resources are designed to support caregivers, educators, and professionals with practical behavior-analytic tools.
Digital resources are educational and consultative in nature. They are not therapy, not emergency services, and not a substitute for medical, mental health, or crisis care. Results are not guaranteed, and you choose what to implement. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
2) Purchasing and delivery through Wix
Digital products are sold directly through Wix. After purchase, you will receive access or delivery as described on the product page and within your order confirmation email.
If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us at drlandry@mindfulbxbursts.com and include:
• the email used at checkout
• the product name
• your order number (if available)
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery or access issues.
3) Refunds and exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or if the file is defective and cannot be delivered.
If a file is defective or access cannot be provided, MindfulBxBursts may, at our discretion:
• resend the file
• provide alternative access
• replace the file with a working version
• issue a refund only when resolution is not possible
4) License and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, all digital products are licensed for personal use by one individual.
You may:
• download and use the product for your own personal use
• print copies for your own use consistent with the license purchased
You may not:
• share, resell, or redistribute the file or its contents
• upload to shared drives, social media, websites, or public forums
• reproduce or modify the resource for resale or redistribution
• use the resource to create exact products or trainings
• claim the resource as your own work

5) Copyright and intellectual property
All digital resources are owned by MindfulBxBursts or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the content.
6) Technology requirements and user responsibility
You are responsible for:
• using a compatible device and software to access files (for example, PDF reader)
• maintaining access to the email account used at checkout
• ensuring adequate storage and internet access for downloads
7) Updates and revisions
MindfulBxBursts may update or revise digital products from time to time. Unless explicitly stated on the product page, purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates. If updates are included, details will be listed on the product page.
8) Sharing and public posting
Posting screenshots, pages, or substantial portions of any digital product publicly is not permitted. You may share a brief excerpt for review purposes only if it does not reveal the core content and includes credit to MindfulBxBursts, unless the product listing states otherwise.
