Refund Policy

Bookings: Cancellation/Re-scheduling/Refund Policy:

 

• More than 24 hours’ notice: reschedule at no charge

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: the session fee is non-refundable / charged in full

• Emergencies: If something unexpected happens within 12 hours, you may request one courtesy reschedule (one time per client, must be used within 30 days)

• No-shows: Not eligible for reschedule or refund

If you are running late, we will use the remaining time in your scheduled session window.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or if the file is defective and cannot be delivered.

If a file is defective or access cannot be provided, MindfulBxBursts may, at our discretion:

• resend the file

• provide alternative access

• replace the file with a working version

• issue a refund only when resolution is not possible
